Julia Bewerunge is a financial services executive focusing on AI, data and corporate transformation. She has been serving on a corporate AI board and develops solutions for international companies that have won innovation challenges. As a DBA researcher at SDA Bocconi, she combines executive experience with academic research, exploring how AI can improve strategic decision-making and help companies turn long-term opportunities into practical solutions. Her interest in data and information began with her career as a journalist, reporting globally on sustainable innovation, economics and technology for publications including DIE ZEIT and Handelsblatt, and as a researcher at the London School of Economics (LSE).
